Laboring Under A Misapprehension

So…  sadly,  I fear that like others I have been laboring under a misapprehension and I want to tell everyone about it …. Ok so cringing while I write this …

“I thought the National Trust was just for old people that are retired and had nothing better to do with their time or Green Party types that like to live in trees and are at one with nature!”

There we go I have said it …… Now I am usually quite PC I like to think … however looking at this statement its truly embarrassing !

Interior Design – Wow That Office!

Durrant's Divulging 042with double lens flairsig

So… Finally the Office is finished … well nearly 🙂  just a few tweaks here and there, one of which is putting the trim down round the edge of the vinyl flooring and also gloss the skirts , make a underneath desk cupboard for the computer tower and casing for the cables as I hate them being visible. As we were told as kids “Children should be seen and not heard” with interior design in mind “Ugly things should most definitely not be seen or heard” confused?  let me elaborate for example we all know that wires are inevitable pain in the backside a lot of things are wireless nowadays but still majority of home appliances are not, making it one of those annoying tedious problems Interior designers to face on a daily basis.

Interior lateness – will bring greatness ! 🎨

Jaz Aquaviva – Egypt

So… as promised in my last blog I’m Back!! Apologies for being late…., is my new blog

edit

Swim Up Room Pool-Photography by Kasper

about Jaz Aquaviva hotel in Egypt our last holiday destination, which I have to say excelled in our expectations .

We went in March this year (2017), just before the Easter holidays we went for a nice 11 night break. We took the kids out of school for five days,  (Naughty Naughty) however I will say I am so glad we did, the difference in price just doing our holiday five days before the Easter holidays was outrageous, would you believe it was £1000 cheaper for the six of us to go, don’t get me wrong it was very reasonably priced All inclusive holiday anyway but that’s a joke and they wonder why people take their children out of school! After all we all deserve a break, right?

However I digress, our holiday started at a hotel at Gatwick airport the night before we were so excited , the kids hadn’t been abroad before so this was a new experience for them. File 25-04-2017, 20 03 15

The plane journey was fine, easier then I had expected to be honest with the two small ones. Continue reading

pokemon-1575830__180

So I know many of you may feel kids stick their heads into to many games via their handheld technology devices.

After hearing many complain about kids nowadays with their phones, Adults feeling that their children are ignoring the world around them as they are too busy focusing on the unrealistic that is in front of their eyes, rather than the beautiful world which surrounds them. Continue reading

Cross Trainer Review

Pic Jointer

Davina McCall Cross Trainer

So this is a blog reviewing the Davina McCall Cross Trainer, I bought my cross trainer by Davina McCall from Argos it cost me £129.99 and thought that was a good price however its now gone down in price at the moment to a brilliant £99.99 which is impressive.

While this is pleasing to the eye sporting pink and white with girly Davina McCall writing on it, it is suitable for any gender as long as your under the  15st 10lb maximum weight.

Its self assemble which actually wasn’t to bad but did take two people to put together so don’t try to do it on your own otherwise you might find it difficult.

Its features consist of :

  1. Magnetic Braking System,
  2. Transportation wheels to move it around with ease,
  3. Large non-slip foot plates,
  4. High quality rubber belt for durability,
  5. Manuel resistance system (to make you work harder)
  6. Console feedback including: Hand pulse, scan, time, speed, distance and calories used.
  7. 8 level tension control,
  8. 4kg flywheel,
  9. 12 inch stride length.
